[elk] [ANN] Elk 3.99.5

   Hello, I am happy to announce version 3.99.5 of Elk. This release
features the following improvements:

    o Many R4RS compliance fixes:
      + Allow for empty (begin) and (cond) statements.
      + Fixed scope of named let variables.
      + (eqv? 1 1.0) now properly returns #f.
    o Compilation and linkage fixes for Mac OS X, Solaris and AIX.

   You can download Elk 3.99.5 from its homepage:

   Source tarballs are available, as well as a Windows build. Debian
users should see Elk hit unstable within a few hours. Users of other
platforms are encouraged to build from source and report issues.
