[elk] elk debian package

dear sam,

sorry about "spamming"...

but the latest debian package of elk (from unstable) seems to have a
standard load-path of ("." "/usr/local/share/elk"
"/usr/local/lib/elk"), which doesn't match the location of the files
in the elk-package (/usr/share/elk, /usr/lib/elk).  or is there a
config-file or something like that which i didn't saw?
